What type of photos should I use?
For a beautiful, high-quality result, we recommend using well-lit, sharp photos with good resolution. Please avoid blurry, dark, or highly cropped images, as they may not turn out as clearly.

Can I update my photos after placing an order?
We may be able to update your photos if we haven’t started handcrafting your order yet. Once work on your magnets has begun, changes may no longer be possible, so please contact us as soon as you can.

How long will it take to get my order?
Each of our photo magnets is carefully handcrafted in our home studio in Dubai. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, allowing us the time needed to ensure accurate colours and a beautiful, premium finish on every magnet. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only deliver within the UAE. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective or you have received an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to assist you and work toward a prompt resolution.

Can I order in bulk?
Absolutely! Bulk orders are available for quantities of 50 magnets or more. To get started, simply send us an enquiry through our Bulk Order page, and we will be happy to assist you.

What are your delivery charges?
Delivery within the UAE is AED 20. Enjoy free delivery on orders over AED 250.
