Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Magmade Studio. This page explains how we make, ship, and deliver your order. Because every item is custom-printed for you, the total time you wait is the sum of production time and transit time.

Production Time

Each order is printed to your specifications after it is placed. Standard production time is 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays). Larger orders or items with complex personalization may take a little longer; if so, we will let you know before production begins.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods, Rates & Transit Time

Orders are delivered by Jeebly. You can choose from the following options at checkout:

  • Standard shipping — flat rate of AED 20, estimated delivery in 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Free shipping — available on qualifying orders that meet the minimum order value over AED 250.

The exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. All prices are in AED. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; they may be affected by weather, carrier capacity, or public holidays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched. If we cannot ship your order within the stated production window, we will notify you and you may agree to a delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or returned because of an incorrect address may require a re-shipping fee at the customer's expense.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the carrier to open a trace, then email us so we can help.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@magmadestudio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging. You do not need to ship damaged personalized items back unless we ask — we will arrange a replacement. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
